File Preparation
In order to achieve the best possible printing results, the following guidelines are recommended:
 Accepted file types are *.ai file (Adobe Illustrator) or *.pdf file (Adobe PDF).
Words document with graphics are not acceptable. Do send us your file and let us verify if your file is suitable for quality printing result. If you are sending us other file formats, it possible need us to rebuild or reformat files which could possibly require a separate charge.
Minimum image resolution is 300 dpi.
Preferably with higher resolution to produce the best quality. Images with low resolutions is highly not recommended for printing. We do not encourage pictures to be scanned as the quality will be lower as compared to the actual file.
All files must be CMYK color mode.
Your file including photos must be converted from RGB to CMYK. Scanned files are also RGB mode. Our printing technology is operating CMYK for printing. We will make sure all files are in CMYK before going pre-press . Most of the time, if we converted the files from RGB to CMYK, the color tones will definitely changed.
All fonts need to be outline.
This is to ensure none of your fonts for printing is missing.
Send us the font or images that were embedded in the file.
Be sure to send your font or images that were embedded in your file in case there is a need to edit your file.
Bleeds: When an image or color is printed to the edge of a page, it must extend at least 3mm beyond the final dimensions of your job to allow for cutting variation.

Safety Zone: Text or artwork you wish to preserve must be at least 5mm inside of the final dimensions of your design.

Print Guide
Submit together with a print out of the sample copy of your artwork layout. To ensure there is no missing items.

TIPS
Color Management - The only way to ensure color accuracy is producing spot color proof. However, there is no 100% accuracy color match between the proof and the actual printing result. A common mistake made by clients normally are submitting a file or images which is in RGB mode. RGB normally is optimized to be used in computer. CMYK is actually the correct mode for printing. .
Paper Material - Printing on art paper will look more glossy while printing on simili will look dull.
Designing - Be sure to include your company name and logo, address, tel/fax number and email address into your flyers. Keep your design simple.
Folding - Tri fold and Z fold will give you more space for your company informations.
Photo Taking -
When taking pictures from a digital camera for your print project, it's best to set your camera to the highest resolution setting.
The higher the dpi, the greater the resolution, the better the image quality.
