 What file format do you accept?
AI format which is done in Adobe illustrator. If you have other formats, do consult with us.
How can I send files to Flyers King?
You can always email us your artwork. In case the file size is too large, you can always contact us to collect the CD. Be sure to submit together with a print out of your artwork layout.
What should I do/check before I send files to Flyers King?
- The files are outline. Select ALL then press CTRL+ALT+O
- All pictures or links are inserted into CD

Files are not corrupted
- Set Color Mode to CMYK
- Pictures are of high resolution
- Send a copy of JPEG or PDF or other kind of format together with AI file for checking purposes
Why do we need to convert files from RGB to CMYK?
RGB(Red, Green, Blue) colors is optimized for display on computer monitors and peripherals, most notably scanning devices. Normaly photos file are RGB. The printing world operates in subtractive color which also called CMYK mode. As a result, all images and files are to be converted from RGB to CMYK. However, every once in a while, the color range after conversion is compressed during the transition to CMYK mode resulting in a complete change in color tones. The proof is only a guidelines.
I would want my print result to be exactly the same as my sample. Can you do that?
No. No printers can print 100% result as sample provided with current printing technology. Samples given are always digital print out, where the colour tone will be darker than offset printing. Colours can be affected by artwork, types of paper, brand of paper, and many other reasons. We can only ensure that we always strive for the best printing quality for our customer, and on average, we can follow the sample printout up to 90% looks like.
How long do you need to print flyers?
Our flyers take turnaround time of 3-5 days. Do contact us if you need an urgent flyers printing services. We are here to meet your urgency.
Can you print a sample copy of the actual result before printing?
Yes, but yet there is a colour proof charges. Most people will prefer digital proof (Laser printer printout) instead of colour proof because of the affordable cost.
What is the MOQ? Can I print 30 copies?
You can either use the conventional offset printing or go digital. With the conventional method, you get a high standard print quality. With digital printing, you may print out a smaller volume in full color.
What material should I choose for flyers printing?
128gsm art paper is the most common paper used in flyers printing. However, some individual might prefer to use 80gsm simili paper or 105gsm art paper.
